Going Fat2Lean - The 8 Week Program

Basic course logistics:

Class is conducted via conference call – (long distance rates may apply) once a week, for one (1) hour.

Class times are primarily in the evening hours.

We cover various topics each week continuously focusing on the basics of the program.

You will have a buddy to be in touch with weekly for additional support.

Each week you will get a lesson and homework via email.

Minimal equipment is needed. You will need a cloth tape measure, a pedometer and the palm of your hand.

The Going FAT2Lean Survey (you'll find this in the ebook coming soon!) asks a group of questions that takes about 20 minutes. There is no right or wrong answers. There are just your truthful answers. The Going Fat2Lean survey will tell you what genetic disposition you are and you will need to know that to balance your diet properly.

We strongly recommend regularly taking high quality nutritional supplements. Please see the links in the left hand column labeled Nutritional Supplements.
